Advanced: With an advanced support agreement, Compunet Plus will provide 21 to 40 hours a month in which we maintain your network. In addition, we will support all the PC's on the network (hardware and/or software related), provide help desk support for your end users, provide end user training, PC relocations, installations, and upgrades.

Customized: With a customized support agreement, Compunet Plus will provide only the services that are of interest and concern to your organization. Compunet Plus will assist you in your customized support agreement to ensure that your network is receiving the level of management that it requires.
